This custom home sits on a 12.5m wide lot and has 3 bedrooms and a study. With modern appliances and touches of colour, this house really stands out from the rest. The decking attached to the alfresco area side of the home maximises the uses of the outside area of the home.

Baba constructed this 2-unit building in Laverton, Victoria. We maximised the building size which sits on an irregularly shaped land. The benefit of having a two-unit construction is the flexibility and increased chance of profit for the customer.
